This Privacy Policy explains how Flowiee (“Flowiee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit flowiee.com (the “Site”), book a call with us, or engage us for design and development services (the “Services”).

By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other details you enter when you email us or book a call.
• Project information — briefs, budgets, timelines, brand assets, content, and feedback you share so we can scope and deliver work.
• Credentials you choose to share — access to hosting, domain, analytics, or CMS accounts where that is needed to deliver a project.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and screen size.
• Usage data — the pages you visit, referring URLs, and the time and date of your visit.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as government identifiers, health, or financial account information) through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it to us unless we have specifically requested it for a project.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule calls, and prepare proposals and estimates.
• To deliver, support, and improve the Services you have engaged us for.
• To manage contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site — including diagnosing technical issues and understanding which pages are useful.
• To send project updates and, where you have asked for them, occasional studio updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
• To comply with our legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the studio, and our legal obligations as the bases for these uses.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Some third-party features embedded on the Site — such as our scheduling widget — may set cookies or local storage entries that are necessary for them to function. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; blocking them may stop embedded features such as call booking from working correctly.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of reputable providers to run the Site and our studio. When you interact with these features, the relevant provider may process limited data (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com — call scheduling, including the name, email, and any notes you submit when booking.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN, and jsDelivr — delivery of fonts, stylesheets, and scripts used by the Site.
• Email and productivity providers — handling correspondence and project files.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Portfolio and case studies

We may showcase work we have produced — including screenshots, visuals, and a short description of the engagement — on the Site, in proposals, and on our social channels. We will not publish confidential business information, and if you would prefer that we not feature your project, tell us in writing and we will remove it.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation, and project records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@flowiee.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first.

9. International transfers

We work with clients worldwide and our providers may store or process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site and the Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. External links

The Site links to external websites, including our Instagram profile and the live sites of clients we have worked with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
